Coffee Talk: Reintroducing Raw Milk into My Diet

Hi ya’ll,

This week I want to continue our Coffee Talk conversation on raw milk. I find it interesting that there is such a negative picture of a product from an animal that was revered as sacred in so many cultures around the world. Frankly, we would not be here if our ancestors did not consume raw milk.

If you are someone who has not tried raw milk from a cow or goat before, I would encourage you to do so. You many need to clean up your diet first by taking out processed foods, fast food, and alcohol for a little bit. Get the inflammatory stuff out of your system for 30 days, and then start reintroducing raw milk and fermented milk products into your diet. What I initially did was reintroduce grass-fed butter and goat’s milk.

The more I read about dairy, the more the cow becomes sacred. Raw milk is such a luxury and medicine. I encourage you to start shifting your perception around diary if you have a negative one. Reset your diet, reset your belief system around dairy, and contact your local farmers.

XO,

LC
