B! Community is general strength and conditioning for women in all seasons and cycles of life. This is our unique programming style applied to general strength and conditioning. You receive four workouts each week with options for those with limited equipment and variations on movements. We recognize everyone is in a different part of their journey, so this program is here to support you where you are.

BIRTHFIT Basics: Postpartum

This is a birth rehab program. This program will establish a foundation for your core and pelvic floor. Do this program before doing any other movement program, exercise class, or running.

Start this program as early as 4 weeks postpartum. This program is for both vaginal and cesarean births. This program is for anyone that wants to embrace an intentional rehab approach after giving birth.

Return to Running

This program is designed to create and re-establish a base level for running after giving birth. It is intended to be done only after you have completed the BIRTHFIT Basics: Postpartum program. As a reminder, we do not recommend running, jumping, or other dynamic movements within the initial eight weeks postpartum. We recommend this training for all postpartum people who have given birth in the last two to three years.

BIRTHFIT Prenatal Program

Full-Term Prenatal Strength and Conditioning Program

This program is 4 training days a week with an additional active recovery day. Each day has core and pelvic floor prehab, strength, conditioning, and movements and poses to get your mind and body ready for birth.

BIRTHFIT Postpartum Program

This general strength and conditioning program is for those that are postpartum and ready to get back to fitness! This fitness program is designed to build a strong and dynamic core, while still honoring the healing journey. This program is designed to establish a base level of fitness before specializing in a sport and/or movement practice such as CrossFit, Orange Theory, Running, etc. This program is for all levels.

BIRTHFIT Postpartum Package

This is BIRTHFIT’s comprehensive postpartum training program, which includes Lying In, thirty BIRTHFIT Basics sessions, and finishing with twelve weeks of postpartum training. This Postpartum Program Package will cover your initial five months postpartum.

This program is ideal for anyone that has given birth- vaginal or cesarean. This is a  total body rehab program, with a specific focus on core and pelvic floor. We heal from the inside out.
