Birth Doula
I am passionate about supporting women and their families through their birth journey. I believe in the birth process as well as being physically, mentally, and emotionally prepared for the great unknown.
My birth doula services include sessions in getting to know you, the birthing mother, and your family as well as preparing for labor and birth and the immediate postpartum. You will be expected to do homework and practice on your own as this is your journey. I am here to hold your hand and offer guidance, but this is your mountain to climb.
