This is a BIRTH EDUCATION class sprinkled with breathing and functional movement. Our version of birth education includes a brief history of birth in America, straightforward information, addressing fears, birth preferences, designing a mission statement, and postpartum planning. This class is ideal for couples who are pregnant. We teach this series from a place of non-judgement and compassion.
